Recently I bougth a new alphabeth die set with larges letters with an outline. So I wanted to try to make a Christmas card with them, the Danish saying "God Jul" can be translated to Merry Christmas.

Using your leftover scrap pieces
I have a tendency to save pretty much all of my scrap pieces, because you never know, when they might come in handy. And then about a week ago I saw on Facebook this really cool card made out of leftovers, so I had to try that myself. It is super easy so I made both a birthday card and a Christmas card.

First Christmas card of 2021
Well, since today is the 24th I decided to make a Christmas card. I have seen other bloggers who have made Christmas cards every month on the 24th, but I have never done that myself, but today I really felt like making one, so maybe I'll try to do that every month, it will definitely make it easier to get them mailed on time I hope 🤞. I made one that is super easy and very flat. Most of my cards has to be mailed, and it is just more likely they will get there in one piece if they are flat.

Recycled Christmas card
The image with the trees is actually from an old Christmas card, which I saved from getteing thrown in the trash can at work a few years ago. I immediately saw that I could use that for a new card, and I do have another piece left, for another card. It is a pretty simple card, but I really like how it turned out:

Christmas card
For this card I found my inspiration on another Danish blog. I had some paper similiar to what she had used, so I tried to make a similiar card. The original card you can see here: Vild med kort. And this is how my card turned out:

Christmas cards made of scrap pieces
I am a huge fan of Maja Design and use their papers for a lot of my cards and so I also have a lot of scrap pieces, because I don't have the heart to throw away all those left over pieces, even though some are very small. So I have made two Christmas cards where I have used some of my scrap pieces.

Last Christmas card for this time
This was actually the first Christmas card I made this fall, but for some reason it came on the blog last. For this card I have used dies from Spellbinders - Matting Basics 6x6 and Poinsettias, the background is from Card Making Magic, the banner from Marianne Design and the words from Dan Dies. I have used white, silver, red glitter cardstock and vellum for the flowers. I used 3 halfpearls for the flower centers.

Snowflake Christmas card
I used some shiny silver cardstock and some speciality paper from my stash which had silver stars on it, it has been in my stash for so many years, that I have no idea where I bought it, and I used Spellbinders Matting Basics 6x6 for the squares. For the snowflake I used the Winter Snowflake from Tonic Studios. I used some parchment paper and Marianne Design COL1398 for the banner and the phrase is a sticker.
