My boss had a baby girl back in October and March 14th it was time for her christening and he asked me if I would make the cake for them. It has been a long time since I last made one, so I must say I am a bit out of practice but I accepted anyway. The cake was ordered to be for 35 people but due to the Corona virus they ended up being a lot less, so I think the top cake went into the freezer. Here's the cake which I think turned out really pretty:
The cake consisted of 2 layers of yellow cake (drømmekage med et twist) and 1 layer of chocolate cake. The mousses were Bailey's mousse and raspberry mousse and I covered the cakes with SMBC before I put the homemade fondant on. All the decorations are also made in fondant, so it is all edible.

Birthday cake to a teenager
Recently I made a cake as a surprise to a Mille who turned 14. Mille likes fantasy books especially "Klintespind" (Danish series) and Harry Potter. I chose to make a Klintespind theme with a few small Harry Potter elements:
The cake consists of 3 layers of chocolate cake, 1 layer of raspberry mousse and 1 layer of white chocolate mousse. I coated it with UCF and covered it with homemade fondant. For the web I used RI which I painted with silver edible paint.

Cake for work
At work there's a lot of people that like cake A LOT. And there is no occasion that's to small or big to celebrate with cake. Besides the normal celebrations like birthdays, jubilees and anniversaries, we also bring cake when we go on vacation, get a new car, buy a new house, sign the deed for the house, sell a house, become pregnant or a grand parent, etcetera. When I had my last day before my summer vacation, it was also my last day in that department, since I moved to a new one, when I came back, so of course I had to bring cake. So I made this cake for my colleagues:
I made it very girly since that is my favorite, just as I prefer to make girly cards. I'm not a hundred % sure, but I think it consists of 3 layers of champagne cake, a layer of elderflower mousse and a layer of rhubarb mousse. It turned out to be a very good combination, definitely something I have to try again at some point.
